The versatile panel for sidewalls, ceilings, roofs, doors, scuffplate and subpan in refrigerated and dry van trucks, trailers and containers. It is a tough, durable material with high impact strength to resist loading/unloading damage. Glasbord is dent proof, splinter proof, scratch/abrasion resistant and requires minimal maintenance. The embossed Kemlite surface is easy to keep clean and sanitary.

Lightweight Glasbord-L liner
Kemlite's Glasbord truck and trailer liner panel is lightweight, yet tough enough to protect the interior wall. As a lightweight ceiling panel, it eliminates seams that can catch and rip open during forklift operations. Glasbord panels are available full height, full length and full width to create a totally seamless interior. Glasbord panels can be wedge-cut to your specifications.
Tapered Glasbord-L liner
This is the lightest-weight fibreglass liner panel on the market, and it's tapered. Extra thickness and strength is built into the lower third to add protection where you need it. The embossed finish is tough, hard and easy to sanitise.
Translucent Kemlite Roof Panel
with Lumashield protection
This strong, translucent fibreglass roof panel improves interior visibility for extra safety and protection against loading/unloading damage. It weighs up to 25% less than 1.0 aluminium sheet. The top side gets extra protection from the elements with Lumashield, standard on all Kemlite roof panels. The roadside and kerbside edges have additional chopped glass fibreglass reinforcement for extra strength at the fasteners. Woven roving glass cloth is available.
Heavy Duty Kemlite Scuffplate
Extra thick 6.1mm Kemlite scuffplate is twice the thickness of regular fibreglass scuff for twice the protection against trailer abuse and costly repairs. Countersunk fasteners keep it in place without snagging cargo. Kemlite heavy duty scuffplate weighs much less than oak and steel with similar impact resistance.
Kemply
frp surfaced panel
A rigid substrate with an embossed Kemlite Glasbord frp panel laminated to one or both sides. This frp laminate is scratch and abrasion resistant. Its tough Glasbord finish is easy to clean and does not retain odours. The substrate is high quality random wood fibre substrate.
Kemlite Subpan
Kemlite Subpan protects the underside of trailer floors. It doesn't rust or corrode from moisture, road salt and chemicals. Install in one piece, full width, full length, no seams to leak and allow moisture to penetrate.
